Extremely interesting blog post. Your post is really interesting. I liked this post. This article is outstanding! I have to say that after continually reading awful as in, same old material, little quality content, etc. blog posts on other sites, it's nice to actually read something that has some thought put into it. It's a pleasure to read quality content, especially after continually seeing rehashed %$!# that writers and bloggers are putting out nowadays. It's always nice when I come across content that actually has value, I've been seeing a ton of subpar writing attempts recently. Anyways, thanks again and I'll check back frequently to see what else you have to offer. I'll check back in the future to see what else you have up your sleeve. Keep up the fantastic work! BTW, I like your site design, but your header image was only loading half way for me. P.S. Your header is messed up a bit in IE. The problem could be on my end but I thought you might want to look into that.

Alittle sad the promotion is over! Will be back to check for the next promotion.

My boyfriend and I have had very bad luck with our cars this year, mostly from maintenence issues and breaking down on us. If we were to get a free rental it would release on from any stress of worrying about a car breaking down or any other problems. I moved to California a year ago and have yet to see certain parts of it... I would love to be able to drive down the PCH and see all the fabulous sites California has to offer. We both work hard and it would be nice to have an actual relaxing weekend getaway by the beach with each other with out having to worry about spending a whole lot of money.

Hello Lucinda,

Thank you very much for your comment. Unfortunately, the promotion is over! However, there will be other promotions and special deals coming up soon, so check back often or subscribe to receive updates on our latest blog posts!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Fox Rent A Car

There's only one rental car company I refer people to in San Diego: Fox Car Rental
No reputable company beats Fox's rates.

Every customer of mine has found my referral to be right on the money, as it were.

Signed,
Fan of Fox

Thanks Julie, your comment is very much appreciated!

For all our San Diegan readers and visitors, check out Julie's San Diego Travel Tips for great attractions, things to do and how to make your visit to San Diego very special!

Flying into Phoenix, cruising to Tucson in fabulous Fox Rental to be with man of my dreams. We met in June, though I thought he was intriguing years ago, when we sang with a musical group. He, a star. Me, back-row. He'll show me Arizona (Gates Pass at sunset, his favorite cantina), and maybe I'll stay.

We are already planning a drive from LAX to San Diego to visit with Mother-in-law. We'll leave our daughter with her and drive to Mexico for Valentines day where I will treat my FOX-y guy to love, lust and good times!!! Thank you Fox Rent A Car!!

I'd use a rental car to suprise my husband for Valentines Day. I'd put a Heart Box of Chocolates on the Passenger side with an attached note mentioning that we are about to go on an adventure in our FOX RENT A CAR for a nice dinner and then a upscale night at a hotel. We haven't went out to the movies, dinner or anything in four years as a family member has been sick so we would enjoy the adventure out.

I will drive along with my husband to 17-mile drive and have a picnic at Carmel Beach. Later in the evening, we'll drive to a good restaurant and have candle light dinner and drive back home. I have planned all of this as a surprise to my husband.

for the valentines day promation I would take my wifes mom to flagstaff Az and leave her there stranded perhaps get her drunk first so she is very confused and leave her to freeze and drive down to sedona with my wife and have dinner without the witch

I'm picking up a Fox Rental Valentine weekend and it would really be nice if I could win it. Me and my new sweetie will be cruising to Nappa Valley, checking into a cozy spot, picking up our package deal that includes, picnic lunch, visiting 4 winneries and a cozy fireplace suite. We'll then get up the next morning and go on a hot air balloon ride over Nappa Valley. It's gonna be soooooooo romantic!!!!

After getting the rent a car from Fox, we would drive up the coast listening to the premade cd with all our favorite songs that bought and kept us together, than would walk the beach holding hands, watching the sunset after that a lovely dinner and slow dancing, and the dessert to the the beautiful suite that we have reserved for the night enjoying champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in the spa tub and the rest of the evening is really not a mystery.

I would surprise my husband by picking him up at home have bags already packed and I would drive him to las Vegas where we got married. Resevations would be made at the Romatic Paris hotel where we would stay for the weekend. Drive done the stripin our fox rental and see all the the exciting attractions and lights and return to a romantic room with rose pedals and champayne and the rest is but a day dream away.

We just grew our family to 5 with a new born and we will soon need a bigger vehicle - van/suv, so it would be ideal to rent a luxury car from FOX for Valentines Day, as I will not be buying one anytime soon.

Thanks for the info! I really can't belive it's almost Valentine's Day! Great Job With The Post.

I had to move to Phoenix for my new job and left everyone and everything in Denver till I get on my feet here I would use the rental to go and surprise my 2 childeren that I haven't been able to see, (I always bring them a massive amount of balloons), and then the love of my life !!

We enjoy the value of FOX RENT A CAR. A free rental would be wonderful in this economy!

My wife ,of 41 years, and I are going to Lake Havasu City,Az. for a Valentine's Day get away for the week-end. We have a room and dinner resevations. Now all we need is a great car from FOX RENT A CAR !
Thanks, Mike

I would take my boyfriend to San Diego to spend the weekend with my parents during their 40th wedding anniversary celebration where all of our family will be attending a party in their honor. It means so much to me that my parents have been together this long.

I would love to win this for my gorgeous wife. She deserves some luxury this Valentine's Day since year long she's got my 1989 GMC truck to contend with. This would score some major points!

My True Valentine,
My wish for Valentines day, would be to spend the day with my son. I made the hardest decision of my life 10 years ago. I was a a single mom, living in Los Angeles with a one month old infant, I came to the realization that my son deserved the best life possible. I found a wonderful couple, married for 8 years, lived in San Fransisco, that could not have children. I faced that day, the hardest day of my life.....
Here Iam today, with a wonderful extended family and a beautiful 10year son. I have a great relationship with his family and Im truely Thankful for them. Alexander is my TRUE Valentine! I would love to drive to SF and spend the day with him. Thank You

Love is a many splenderd thing, to share time with a loved one traveling up the sea shores driving those romantic buyways with the one you love. Love's time is best spent just the tow of you in a new adventure sharing the moments and sights to be seen. There are so many wornderfull buyways in these states to be shared with the one you love.

I'd take my dog,Suzette, and my husband,Mike,to Big Bear! My dog is 10 and has never seen snow. My husband is way past 10 but hasn't seen snow for over 10 years and misses it. I hate snow but would love to see Big Bear!

We have not seen our parents for a while and this year the V-days falls on the weekend so we decided to use our frequence flight tickets to fly out to surprise and celebrate the holidays with them for few days. This holiday is not just about showing the love between the couple but also for other types of love that we would like to express when ever we have chance.
Having a rental car free for the weekend would be like an icing on the cake!

I would love to surprise my husband with a long weekend getaway. He is a police officer and has a very stressful job. We would love to drive somewhere warm, like the southern part of the state. It's at least 20 degrees warmer there and it would be so fun to hike the red rock canyons there and spend some non stressful time with my husband!

My partner has 2 cousins who all just recently became reaquainted. The three couples have all been together with their partners for five years. We had planned on getting together again in California for Valentines weekend. We were going to drive there from Phoenix but having a rental waiting would allow us to fly. We would fly into Burbank where the new Fox location is. It would just make the weekend so much better driving around in style especially to that special Valentines dinner. And we would be able to convince them to choose another restaurant than Red Robin. I don't drink alcohol so I am always the designated driver. So I would insist on making it a special night and it would make for a very special weekend. Valentines with three couples celebrating in style. And we would be so foxy, just like Fox Rent A Car. lol

If I won a free weekend rental from Fox, I would drive to surprise my Fiance, who is working out of state. I would drive us to the Redwood National Park where we have both been wanting to go for ages! We'll camp out there underneath the stars, have a few sensual massages by the campfire, and make it a Valentine's Day truly worth remembering!

So the girl I'm interested in turned me down for another guy. Given that we're still friends, I'd like to win a rental on her behalf so they could enjoy Valentine's instead... it's kinda bittersweet but they could really use a nice, romantic getaway car. :)

If I won the FREE rental from Fox Rent A Car I would surprise my fiance that weekend by taking him to San Francisco to visit his mom who he hasn't seen since her birthday last September 2009. We have very busy work schedules, recently purchased our first home together and are planning a wedding for this upcoming September. We have not had any recent one on one time and by driving up to San Francisco together we can talk and reconnect on what has been going on in each others lives.

I can already see the smile on my fiances face when he sees his mother again! :-)

Winning a FREE rental car from Fox Rent A Car would be a dream come true for myself and my girlfriend. Both of us are hard workers and never seem to get a chance to getaway on a short vacation. Our cars are old and we are unable to drive it far for a trip. I have an idea in mind to take her for a snowboarding trip to Lake Tahoe as a couple for Valentine's Day weekend if we can win this FREE rental car :)

wow - 3 days in a "new" car. I'd take a nice long trip with my bride of 25 years. The route of choice would be around the Olympic Peninsula. Starting from home (where we'll leave the kids), travel south to the Tacoma Narrows Bridge, then north thou Bremerton, Port Townsend to see the wooden boats and overnight in Port Angeles. A quick side trip up to Hurricane Ridge, to throw some snow at each other then on Forks, to pickup the Twilight ambiance. Then down the cost to Gray's Harbour for a overnight stay in a B&B. The next day would be a leaserly trip to Olympia to sample the water, and back up I5 to home.

I can feel the romance already!!!

happy trails
Les

If I would win a free weekend of rental car I would take my husband to a paradise place for our honey moon!! I have been married for 8 years and still I cannot have my honey moon!!! Please I need the car!!

Thanks

Fun. My ole stinky car is sticky. A car that's not sticky.....dare to dream........

I would love to win a FREE rental car for my trip to see my Valentine in Phoenix, Arizona -- my 90 year old mother who still likes to go shopping, to lunch, etc. I really need that car -- just for her! She is my Valentine for as long as she remains on this earth. 90 Years is a long time.

I would rent a convertible from fox rent a car, with the top down, pick up my date for a romantic dinner somewhere, then drive to a secluded lookout over san diego to enjoy the scenery and lights put in a romantic cd and dance the night away. :)

My husband and I plan on flying to San Diego to celebrate the V-day with our parents (his mom and my dad). With the free rental car, we'd be able to go straight from the airport to our parents' houses to surprise and spend the weekend with them. My husband and I also plan to drive to the places we used to hang out at when we were dating (over 25 years ago!) and relive some of our favorite memories.

HI, if I won a car for a weekend, that would be the great gift thing that would happen in February, since we lost our son from a accident in february and we tring to have a family get-tother and 2 week ago i was in a accident and it total my car and we are still waiting on the insurance comany to see what they will do. So we are not sure if that is possible to have everyone get-togher since we all live in 5 different states. and it have been over 10 year since we have all gotten toghter.

Since I live far away from my Valentine, he will definitely be surprised when I show up on his door step in Seattle with my Fox rental car. We'll go out to a romantic dinner, and drive over to Alki beach where he took me on my very first visit to his hometown. He'll hold my hand on the car ride home, just like a first date. Long distance relationships are tough, but Fox makes them possible.

With a complimentary car for the weekend I'd visit Phoenix and help my great grandmother Lucy celebrate her 100th birthday. She is very sparky and remembers seeing the first cars traveling the(then)mud roads of her small childhood town. What a life-now we fly and rent cars @ airports!

Im going to tell my beautiful girlfriend of 2 years that something came up for work and I will have to travel on valentines day . She will naturally want to see me off and be truly disappointed that we didn't get to spend the day together .Shell understand and just be happy for the time that we do get to spend together becuase shes the most understanding woman in the entire world !!! But to her surprise we will pull up to the terminal where shell find a FOX rental car filled with treats and surprises (cause I went the night before ) We'll take a nice drive along the coast to her favorite bed and breakfast where we had our first kiss and enjoy a wonderful evening just the two of us :)

Living 116 miles from your love, the drive seems longer each trip. Each exit a mere reminder that you still have 86 miles...53 miles...47 miles to go. I would pick up my valentine and instead of rushing TO each other, enjoy the trip together. We'll just...drive.

I would pick him up from work in our Fox Rent A Car, take him to the SF Symphony, then down Highway 1!

After going bankrupt and loosing my house this past year. It would be a nice change to have something good to happen in our lives like bringing home a new car for my wife. We have been married for 25 years and I have never been able to supprise her with anything this big. Wheather I win this prise for her or not we will push on together on Valentines day.

I would surprise my husband with a trip to warm weather in Phoenix, Las Vegas, or San Diego. It would be great to warm up from the cold winter snow we are experiencing in Idaho. Even if there is a cold front in any of these cities, it will still be warm to us! A convertible (hopefully!) and nice sunshine - he would love it!

I would take my Valentine in a Fox rental to the coast to get some fresh oysters. We would then find a spot on a beach and make BBQ oysters with champagne.

I am taking my wife to Napa to drown our sorrows from the Las Vegas real estate market in wine. We, of course will not be driving our Fox Rent A Car while wine tasting, but we may end up sleeping in it :)

I would prefer that you just use my first name (John) or name & initial (John G.), on the posting. Thanks.

I would treat my wife like the 'fox' she really is; swooping her from the snow of Lincoln, Ne to Scottsdale for a surprise weekend of sun, spa & golf. (her dob is 2/11) And a romantic trip to the L'Auberge in Sedona for Valentine's dinner would cap the weekend.
