I would strongly advise anyone who uses this company to closely view their deposit information if you use a debit card! I rented a car from them and was told by the rental agent at the place where I rented the car that I would receive my deposit in 2-3 business days. After 3 days I phoned them and was hung up on twice (no I did not use any profanity) and then told it would be 3 – 5 days by another phone agent and then transferred to another customer service agent who said 15 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ALL DEPOSITS and that “they can set their policies anyway they see fit” and then she hung up on me also. AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE BOOST MOBILE of rental car companies.
