On April 18th, from 12 to 4:30 pm come and enjoy 2 treasures of South American cuisine, tequila and tamales. A Taste of Tequila and Tamales is an interesting event to learn about different cultures and their cuisine. You will discover how South American countries recipes differ, but also the history behind the dish and the ingredients used, and also you can taste and learn about the various types of tequilas.
San Francisco Events in April: Kayak and Whale Watching at Davenport Landing
For early risers, on April 10th, there is one amazing April event in San Francisco not to miss, the Kayak and Whale Watching at Davenport Landing. This is an amazing experience! Leaving at 7:30 am, the Kayak tour takes you paddling away for up to 3 hours to meet up with the grey whales passing by San Francisco! 
Beginners can easily attend this event. You don’t need your own Kayak and a nice lunch will be waiting for you back on dry ground!

Of course don’t forget to celebrate Earth Day as well and on the 10th of April take advantage of San Francisco Green Festival! It is an important event where speakers, artists and workshops will help you become more aware of environmental friendly habits and such.
